How do I cancel?
Settings → COMMON Plus → Manage subscription. Two clicks, any time. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
What if I change my mind?
Within 14 days of joining you can withdraw from Settings and get a full refund.
Who handles the payment?
Stripe, our payment processor. You pay right here on COMMON, but your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
